Just checked in and the room smells.
Room was dirty ! Had to move the bed to get to a plug in & old candy was all over the place ! Floor had spill stains & around the walls on floor had cobwebs. Hair in bathroom sink. Tv didn't have several channels. Bath tub wouldn't drain. Inside pool & hot tub had no towels ! Will never stay again !
My company had a business meeting at this hotel. The service was great, the food was great, and the atmosphere was very comfortable.
I purchased the hotel through Priceline. When I arrived, I notice the place was like a ghost town, no one was there and the parking lot was empty. The check in employee was polite. I was told to go to entrance 6. There is no elevator at this entrance and carrying all of my luggage was not fun up the stairs to my room. Finding my room took a while as the hotel is huge. When I finally found it, I entered to find that the air conditioning was not on. It was like an oven. The air conditioning was shut off---in August. The room felt grimy and the tub in the bathroom was disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again.
