Beautiful hotel. Still has the new building smell. I didn’t give it 5 stars for two reasons: 1). Water pressure in our shower was horrible. 2). Digital key for room 317 was ready prior to our arrival then it wasn’t. Went to front desk and had to wait for a key card. Dragged all our luggage to the room and tried to open the door but the lock on the inside was locked and we couldn’t get in the room. Dragged all our luggage back down stairs and we were reassigned to another room. Apparently there was a work order on the door and the room shouldn’t have been assigned. True to Hampton’s standards, our new room was beautiful and huge. Beds were very comfortable. Overall it was a great stay but not a 5 star stay.
Very nice staff,the check in man names were Mr. Deon was so nice and friendly to me and my wife. Ms.wendy that served breakfast the following morning we're so nice to us also.we woke late and got down to breakfast and it was time to close and she still let us have breakfast. I thought that was so nice of here.
Hampton is very professional. Tge room service is wonderful. They're very nice and fast. So if you ask me, Hampton is the best hotel ever.
Staff is awesome. They treated me like family. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Building was nearly brand new. Landscaping was well thought of and put together. Lounge area outside of pool area. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Great Stay!!
Whoever looks at what is being said in the reviews on here, I just hope that you take the time to let your employees know what a wonderful job that they are doing.please don't look over your employees. Good employees are very hard to get now days.mr.,Mrs.Armstrong.
