The first room I went to smelled like CRAP. Tried to overlook that turned on the fan and it enhanced the smell. Next in look behind the bed and I see roach repellent splattered behind there so I called to go to another room. The representative was very helpful and moved me to another room, It wasn't a King Size but a queen first glace the room was beautiful. Turned on the flat screen TV it was two toned went into the bathroom and the tub was disgusting! The morning I get up go to breakfast No Complaints. Try to get the $100 deposit back the lady says the only way they give it back is if you have your receipt! I had mine of course. The best thing here was breakfast.
Not what I expected from a Choice Hotel...
Stayed in this hotel because I read it was a 3 star. Not that way at all. Hallways are very hot and smell. Rooms don't get cold. Called front desk they sent maintenance to the room. The maintenance man said it's been an issue for awhile. Front desk staff and maintenance were very kind. We needed up moving rooms at 10:00 pm. That room was the same, but we stuck to that room because we had an 8 hour drive the next morning. Talked to manager the next morning, not the most pleasant person. After I explained to him what happened he asked "what do you want me to do" I reply nothing I just want to bring it to your attention again since maintenance said you were aware of the situation.
Staff was nice but that's the only good thing I can say!! Money was taken from my room, it took 2 trips to the front desk to get them to clear the 30+ NON GUESTS out of the indoor pool & apparently someone else's card was charged for our rooms!!! Hopefully that person got a refund since we brought it to their attention & re-paid for our rooms this morning!! Will NEVER stay here again!!!!
Nice quite place. Affordable. No one bothers you the staff is friendly rooms are clean and cable TV works I have no complaints
I have no reason to write this other than to prevent others from being ripped off or stay in this motel.
Immediately went back to desk for refund. They refused, and charged our credit card 3 times for a total of 9 night. Don't stay, don't stop, run away.
Beware...this is worst motel I have been in. Filthy and the court yard was completely empty and dirt and debris everywhere. Pool nasty green. No carpet in halls.
I was shocked and we didn't go into room.
Pitiful this is a choice Hotel- don't they know how terrible it is.
