This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It was easy access. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was incredible from the couch to the charging station for our phones. Five stayed in this room and we couldn't have been more comfortable. It was clean and nicely arranged, giving us sufficient room. Pool outside was nice too. I probably won't be back in Monroe, but I will DEFINITELY be looking for a Comfort Inn the next time. Haven't experienced the breakfast yet, but I have no doubt it will be good. Highly recommend.
Wonderful hotel. So much better than I was expecting. Photos actually match room for once! Very big rooms. Felt very safe staying here with my small children. Breakfast was excellent. Staff is very kind. I will absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
We normally have a pleasant stay with Comfort Suites, however this time we found our room to be disappointing after 13 hours on the road. For $120+ the room should be clean. This room was extremely dusty and there were oily finger prints all over the coffee table and night stand. The sink drain is broken, and the curtains were disheveled hanging partially off their hooks. We will most certainly be visiting with the front desk on our way out in the morning.

Stayed one night while passing through. The room I was in was nice and the staff was willing to help in any way. In the morning the breakfast was nice and had lots of selection.
My family and I am always have an awesome experience. The breakfast is excellent. I really like having options and they have plenty of variety. 2 type of waffles strawberry and plain, biscuits, sausage, eggs, grits, oatmeal, muffins, bagel. Cereal,and yogurt. Customer was great and they tried to meet your needs. I only had one concern updates on our room, there was a hole in the bathroom were towel holder was adjusted from one spot to another. Other than that everything was great!!
