The best motel 6 I've stayed at in years. Very clean rooms and the help at the front desk was impeccable. The night time security was spot on in patrolling the grounds and was on beat with everything going on during his watch. Thank you Motel 6 for making my night a relaxing one.
Credit card machine broken. WiFi was slow and only worked in corner of room.
Room was dirty and infested with bugs.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. I had to forgo a shower until my next stop. I didn't notice this until I woke the next morning.
The staff was super friendly but the room lacked almost everything. No coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, tissue, plug for the tub, etc. And, the floor was gross. Sticky and obvious spills that hadn't been cleaned up. We couldn't walk barefoot in our room without our feet getting sticky and black with dirt. The bottom of the tub was some kind of plastic that buckled when you moved on it. It was a balancing act to not fall while showering.
The night with additional guests was party night - they were up yelling and partying until 3am. Why put these folks in the room next to me? There were many empty rooms.
Zero stars would be more appropriate.
It was suppose to be a non-smoking room & sign said it was, however, it smelled of smoke REALLY bad. Room was clean, easy access with nice pillows. This was not a modernized Motel 6. I would choose a different location next time.
No shampoo provided in room.
