The night staff cancelled our reservation so that she could close out her register. Then we had to pay cash for the room because since she closed out the register, the card machine was down. It was already 1 am so that was some crazy stuff. Then one room's lock was not working. This was something that the previous staff should have informed her of. I would not stay here again.
I have to say staff was accommodating very friendly.As far as the room I was very disappointed room reaked of cat urine was not able to sleep due to the smell after driving a 1,000 miles and was looking forward to a comfortable and relaxing rest was not able to due to the smell. Management did comp some of the rate and refund a portion of my bill however, was disappointed that I was not able to be transferred to a different room
Everything was clean, and still pretty quite even though it is next to a highway! 4 stars instead of 5 because it didn't a great breakfast selection.
Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive.
Clean room, helpful and polite staff. Not alot of noice, I was able to sleep during the day on a long trip.
