The whole office were helpful and nice. They made an dreadful expectation into great experience.

The civil division has absolutely no desire to help anyone. My wife tried to file a restraining order but they won't take it due to them knowing the defendant. They tell us we have the wrong forms but won't give us the right forms or even tell us what the right forms look like or where to get them. Everyone else says we have the right forms (cops, DA, lawyers) but they refuse to accept them. Horrid people not out to help anyone.
I need to file a federal lawsuit against the Monroe police department, but I have no idea of how to go about this. Please message me with any info.

It would have been convenient to pay my ticket of line. I live in another state and mailing the payment in is a process.
I am not satisfied with the Monroe court system. Back in 2008 when I was arrested for an obscenity charge, the prosecutor offered a plea bargin to drop the charge and protect the cop who falsified a confession to 911 dispatch. I'm since gone back to the old news sites and they've all been either removed or edited out. You can't find them now and no, it has nothing to do with a page 404 ing. They are deleting evidence of that arrest so I can't sue. And the courts seem content with it. No doubt that was the work of the Monroe police department and the prosecutors who work in that office. They deliberately filed a false charge against me, then had me put through the media for no reason, THEN went back and started deleting evidence once the damage is done.
