The BUGS are the worst I've ever experiences too. They say they spray for pests but I vacuum weekly and there are over 40 something spiders and beetles every where. I wake up with bites all the time.
Also, they have a pool to attract you there but they don't keep it open. The landlord John says "Well, if I don't see anyone using it, I lock it up." Nevermind that you pay a monthly premium to maintain that pool. I've not had the opportunity to swim in it (because it was locked) a single time from February-September.
Nice place to live
These apartments are quite beautiful at first sight but I have been fighting plumbing flooding problems from every pipe in my apartment. The tub had to be be replaced because it leaked. Management was very slow and rude in the replacing time of over a month with wet carpets. My washer only has clothes damaging hot water.
