worst phone/internet company in usa. takes 20 minutes to reach their call center in the phillipines and they don't understand what problems are. Likewise 20 minutes to chat online before being disconnected likewise trying to reach repair in the phillipines. Their mail server - smtp has a problem where I can't send mail so will have to go to comcast
