This place is cool especially for a kid like me the employees are so nice and the trampolines are really bouncy and they even have basketball and dodge ball but you really need to visit this place especially kid
Let's say you and your family decides to do something fun today and you decided to go to Altitude Monroe Trampoline Park (sounds fun right?) you get there and the employees attention span is lacking, they're enthusiasm is drained (from doing absolutely nothing all day) or they're playing or talking around with other employees...... so now you have one child missing, the other severely injured and a bunch of excuses coming from the ridiculous managers there. This is just another typical day working for Altitude Monroe Trampoline Park. Everything there is a joke especially to the ignorant managers.... this place is not safe for children (have you ever looked up at the ceiling and saw spiderwebs everywhere?) not because a kid could sprain his/her ankle but because the cleaning routine sucks and the employees don't do it properly instead the managers rush them to hurry up so they can go home. The managers don't do rechecks to make sure the park is clean and they barely be out on the court to see if anyone needs help or if there's something they could do to help make the experience fun. No instead they take all the cashier shifts from an employee who was supposed to get trained in that field but can't because no one is willing to teach them. (How can you get hired to do something specifically but end up deprived of your job because of managers?) The only thing that's fun there is the trampolines themselves because the staff have the most driest personalities. Particularly One manager named Taylor has got to be the most unprofessional teenage manager there he is the rudest, unpleasant ,lack of enthusiasm person that I have ever met. I've been working here for about a year now and he has not held a civilized conversation with me since I've been working here (yeah a manager who doesn't speak to there employees...crazy right? instead gives them stupid looks and ignore everything that person has to say) He literally should be fired. Word of advice if you work for a place that entertains Children I hope you have a manager who isn't those qualities like him. I'm just saying if your promoted to be a manager I expect better from you because you now have to figure out ways to improve the company not downgrade it with you petty attitudes (please leave your personal business at home and come to work with a great attitude.) working for this company has been miserable the pay is horrible and the staff is a pain but I always come to work with a smile and motivation. I suggest re picking employees who have spunk or willing to do their job to the best of their abilities or re picking managers who actually enjoy doing their jobs (if your personality doesn't fit the job then don't apply it's absolutely horrible and a waste of me and your time)
Great Trampoline with kind staff, would definitely go again!!! it’s much huge space with form cubes place where small kids can play, mine is toddler and she did enjoy a lot

More supervision would improve the play. At other trampoline places, dodgeball is referreed by an employee, which keeps kids following rules and stops older kids from pounding littler ones. Also, need more space for Dodgeball. The 6-and under area sound only be for during school hours, not when so many elementary, middle, and high schoolers are there.
Great experience! My nephew had so much fun! Don't really want to leave when it's time to go home.
