got a nice building like to go to dental other building got a psycologist there the best i seen i got PTSD and that dude is a miracle worker but going to the doctor side bull**** no meds no help why not close them down and keep my psycologist and my dentist or DO SOMETHING BETTER
Anyone going to thus office will need at least 5 hours of time even if you have an appointment. Took my 2 daughters for vaccinations. Only vaccinations. Had an appointment. Waited 3 hours and still didnt get seen. I was told my older daughter couldnt get shots until after her birthday which was 2 weeks later and that her other shots were up to date. I went on the state website and saw that she had a whole round of shots that were pastdue. I also learned that shots dont have to be given exactly on the birthday but there is a window and she could have gotten those shots that same day. I suggest anyone who needs vaccinations go to The local health clinic. They can see you much quicker. And if you have the united community medicaid plan in ouachita parish change your plan so you can get decent care.
If I could give lower than one star, I would in a heart beat. The two girls at the front desk have always been super nice. But it's one pediatric Dr. who apparently is in the wrong line of work. This Dr prescribed my four year old pills, (please tell me what four year old can swallow pills?) Anyways after calling and calling to see if this Dr will prescribe the liquid form of that pill. I never hear back from the Dr. I've even gone up the office and was told she's in a meeting. I even spoke with this so called Dr a few days after and she told she was going to call in the liquid form of this pill. And yet she has failed my daughter once more. I even called to report her. The director has called me back. I told her what has gone on. She said would call me back and hasn't. So all in all, my daughter will never be back to that Dr. We need a Dr that will care for my child properly.
I loved it the staff and dr I seen were wonderful and so compassionate and I promise you you can't find many Drs like that anymore! I was treated respectfully and listened to and they took time to talk to me... I was also able to the get any kind of treatment in one place that's rare its hard to find dentist that take adult Medicaid to get dental without traveling it was nice to have everything you need in place! And it was a super nice facility and very clean!
The staff is friendly but the dentist working there is not interested in fixing your dental problems. He will suggest fillings or braces every time. He also has outdated references that no longer accept patients over the age of 18. I don't know his name but he is a taller eastern indian man.
