I've been coming here every two weeks for almost 3 months now. I love the service I receive each visit from Ms. Maranda. I look forward to many more relaxing massages and the new facial experience.
The "60 minute" massage only lasted less than 50 minutes. While paying for the full 60 minute massage, her staff simply stood around with blank, expressionless looks on their face. Horrible customer service.
After receiving two 30 minute massages from the owner, Donna, I decided to come back for an hour massage. Upon arrival for my 60 minute massage, Donna said she nearly gave another gentleman my appointment. I disregarded the comment and proceeded with the appointment. While in session, she said she wasn't sure if the other gentleman was me until the other gentleman told her he was there to buy a gift card.

Avoid "A Bodyworks Massage & Spa" by all accounts. I highly recommend seeking another massage establishment.
After departing, I called and told Donna that due to the fact that she only massaged me for less than 50 minutes and the fact that she nearly confused me for another gentleman, that I would not return to her establishment. She simply said "Thanks for letting me know." Zero apology, no accountability.
