Appointment was at 2:30, we arrived at 2:28... it was after 4:45 before we were seen. Complained about the wait time, I was told "everyone waits that long". Watched as close to 30 people were called back even though they had arrived long after we did. When I complained again I was told "we don't handle that sort of thing" I treatened to leave and they finally called to find out how much longer it would be. Turns out they had lost our paperwork and forgot we were even here. Had to fill out the initial paperwork again. Ultamately waited 2hrs 15mins for an appointment that took 10 minutes. Needless to say I'm not happy at all with my visit.
I will never use Dr. Humble again. My husband went in with my 7 yr old daughter. She was told everything looked well, but he put her on antibiotics anyway. So, I called afterwards to find out why since she was ok. The office took three days to respond to me. I called each day!! On the third day I was told they could not speak to me and that I was not on paperwork. My daughter had her procedure on a Friday and we went in to add me and come to find out I was on paperwork. When we went to appointment for 3:30 on Monday we were not seen until 4:30 after being told at 4 I was next. Two people went in before me. When in with the Doctor at 5:20 I was going to explain what had happened all week and he did not want to hear any of it. Asked me what I wanted him to say. he was the most unprofessional and rudest doctor I have ever seen. I will not see him again nor will I recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Humble and staff were awesome and very thorough with my kidney stone.
