Used the call ahead feature a few months ago, it was almost 4 hours before I was seen. Today I called at 6:30 and was told to be here at 9:10 and here I am still waiting at 11:10.
Ive been going to this place for a couple years. Recently this place has got awful. The staff at front puts people in front of you based off of favoritism. Not because those people called ahead that entire thing is a lie and they dont follow it. As of today I came to the walk in clinic with a 102 fever, body aches,chills, dizziness. The doctor was rude and treated my pain as if it was nothing. He told me to take some ibprofeuen and get some rest. This is the third time this has happened. I really want to make a complaint but I dont know who to call.
They do good work once you get into the back, but truly they don’t understand the concept of call ahead to save your spot.
Monday morning I woke up with a pinched sciatic nerve in my left leg. I have been in excruciating pain since then and have now went to the affinity clinic 3 times since then. I am now feeling much better, but do wish my pain would have been taken more seriously.
We don’t normally utilize this place as we’ve had some extremely rude experiences from nurses and nurse practitioners. Today, however, a tech named Linda Brixey went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. If I could give just her five stars I would. Thank you Linda.
The wait time is horrific. 3-4 hours, that’s terrible. Nice staff but waiting this long, they really need to get another approach for the upcoming year.
