Very good customer service other than I think the mattress they sent us is not the soft but more of the firm mattress but it is all good. My husband and I actually like the firm mattress since we have gotten use to it. The sales person Mike and the lady who checked us out was both very friendly and accommodating. We will be back the next time we need more furniture.
