So we our stuck with a $600 pic that takes up half are living room .. They should be able to do something being we just got it dropped off not to long ago ...
A while back I received a letter approving me for $2500 to $3000 in yes money. I didn't need anything at the moment so I didn't respond. Today my washer went out so I completed application online for rent to own. I was denied. I say do not send out approval letters if you're going to deny the credit.
Good sales people and good prices and they really helpful on working on getting the credit to purchase your merchandise.
Tiffany was a very charming and delightful person to work with. She was very helpfully in helping me find what I wanted and needed as for prices and quality of item's. I'm going back to purchase my items. I enjoy shopping at the store very much.

Staff is very friendly. Return policy sucks. I purchased a washer and dryer on Black Friday. I purchased both to have a set. The washer is always unbalanced. I called the store and spoked to salesperson and manager. Manger asked if I purchasd the warranty, I replied, yes. He said call them. I'm now thinking who really these kinds of problems starting out with a product.I plan of returning them, but I have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
We just got a sectional that has wedge with it and it is to big for are living room when I called to see what I could do about returning are just getting something new in its place cause it’s a 600$ pic they said they could not do anything it’s there policy .. but no one told us that if something did not fit we could decline it in the truck could take it back .. All they said was ck everything out make sure it works and has no holes in it so we did that ...
