Bought a sectional couch for over $850. Less than 6 months later both sections had completely broken with one breaking in half from just normal wear. Couch was missing the middle legs that where not given upon delivery.
Terrible customer service. They were very nice and persuasive at initial purchase...my sofa bearly stayed 3 months before they had to repair and finally had to replace but they requested for more money. Sadly had to pay about 300bucks more and still had to settle for less. The delivery guy or whoever that called me never kept to time on different occasions and has NO manners. I would have absolutely appreciated a refund and would never deal with the store nomore. GOODLUCK!!!
