I went to Ink's because that is who the dealer I bought my vehicle from said to take it to..what a joke.... I got there at 10am and was told it would be about an hour and a half (seemed a little long but ok) and they would get to work on it....so to me that meant I had to sit there till 11:30 and my truck would at least be moved from where I parked it......at 1:00 I went to counter and ask about how much longer would i have to wait....was told he wasn't sure he would have to ask *Reggie* so he goes out and comes back and doesn't say anything to me....I sit for another hour and then call the dealer and ask where else I could take the truck and explained what had been going on for 4 hrs...so beware if you need more than an oil change ...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! I did.
There might be a wait but they get the job done for a good price!
