The store manager was great but 2vpeople in the store there assistant store manager and a employee named turnagge were very demeaning and belligerent when it came to being a customer and should both be fired if not for the store manager I would never shop at auto zone again but he assured me they would be dealt with for blowing off and disrespecting a customer. I will check with corporate to make sure no other customer us treated the way I was again.
They were very helpful. My initial issue was corrected and they helped me to find the right part which wasn't easy and required some hunting through multiple similar vehicles to find a match. They also printed out some detailed repair instructions for another job I'm considering doing.
This is the best staff of any AutoZone ever. They always go above and beyond!
