No problems. Everything went fine. Desk staff was courteous and professional.
We were not regular customers here. We were enroute to Ga from Shreveport, La and had a flat and ruined a tire about 30 miles from Shreveport. We called ahead and they had the tire we needed and went out of their way to get us back on the road as quick as they could.
I have been using this Firestone store in Monroe for years. I have no complaints. They have always treated my request with the utmost professionalism . I do recommend this store.
Very dissatisfied with my service. I came In For a simple tire change and left spending over $560 for ailments that I didn't detect at all. But the guy was so pushy i went ahead and entrusted them with my vehicle. HUGE mistake. Now with those hefty problems fix, I leave the shop with even more issues!! My inside drivers door frame is literally crumbling and now my transmission is making a high squeaky noise. I DID NOT have these issues before I came here, now all of a sudden I have them?! Do not waste your time, energy, and money.
