Christmas Eve shopping trip, got exactly what I was looking for! Plus because they had enough staff & lots of checkouts open, checking out took mere moments!!
I had placed an online order earlier in the day around lunch time and when I got off the order was ready for pick up! When I arrived at Toys R Us I was greeted and helped by a Ms Keisha. She was super nice and treated me with respect! The gentleman that helped me take my order to my car was also very nice and helpful! Definetly the place to shop for toys... even with the business of the holidays!
Went to get several things. Signs with one price and when I got to the counter it rang up another price and all the cashier said was I'm sorry. Don't have signs up with one price and charge people another. Very disappointed.
The employees were super nice and very helpful!! A great selection for kids of any age. And I say again, "the employees were super nice and helpful"!!!
They were not able to make a simple price match even when shown the online website from their own toys r us and aswell from walmart. For everything the billing associate was depending on her manager. They should be better trained before being directly put on sales or atleast have a senior until they get well versed. I was in a hurry and aswell other customers were waiting behind me. I just didn’t hesitate to pay full price and paid the store price instead of price matched.
