My son was triaged there with his teeth inflamed & supporating, in tremendous pain. Two people looked at him and TOLD HIM HE SHOULD NOT HAVE COME! I'm sorry, would you guys rather he dropped dead somewhere else? Of course you would have, what am I thinking? That a hospital is there on a weekend night when dentist's offices aren't open? That people deserve to be seen and cared for because THEY ARE HUMAN BEINGS TOO? I will never ever EVER bring another person to that "place"--it does not deserve to be called a hospital--again. I will tell everyone I know what happened here and strongly urge them to never bring another human being there either. Everyone who works there dealing with patients should be ashamed of themselves.
My 90 year old brother is in that hospital with pneumonia, I call to see how he is doing, the nurse answer the phone I tell her what i want and she says ok, put me on hold and never come back, and this several times with different nurses, ask to speak to the in charge say ok and nobody never come back to the phone. And they are very rude. So my brother called at 5am and got a really nice well-informed male nurse on the phone. But the nursing staff there is awful.
My sister had a baby here yesterday. The entire experience was so positive. The entire labor staff was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and informative. This is her first birthing experience so all in all I️t has been amazing. (I️ have a herd of children so believe I️ know.) here is the best part as far as hospitality is concerned. Today a lady named Linda came in and cleaned room. Such a professional person. Could speak the world of her. Seriously I️ hope management from St Francis sees this and knows she is doing a great job.
Folks, seriously, go somewhere else for medical care. My husband had a heart cath yesterday, the entire experience there was horrible. First, I will start off with the doctor ( hilbun) I might add. They scheduled the procedure for 10 am, finally around 1 pm , Hilbun decided that he was ready to do it, at 3 ( after no one had bothered to come let me know anything), I went to the lady at the desk and asked. She called back there and said “ they are through Dr Hilbun will be out in a few minutes”, at 4 ( and still no doctor), I went back to the desk and asked again, I got the same response, at 4:30, my husband called me and told me what room he was in. I went to his room , Hilbun still out of sight and no where to be found, we sat there until 8 pm. I should also mention, the nurses tried calling Hilbun 3 different times between 430 and 8 pm ( he did not answer his phone). Around 8 pm, the nurse finally talked to him ( after we were about to walk out), he gave the nurse a verbal ok for us to leave , since “ he was at Glenwood and not coming back to St Francis that night”. Bottom line, I have yet to see or hear from the good doctor himself. I need to also mention, at 530, I asked when was my husband going to get anything to eat or drink , since he had had nothing since the day before, the response i got was this : “ he isnt in the system, so we cant bring him a tray yet”. Isnt in the system??? He checked in at 930 that morning. I went to the cafeteria myself and bought him a drink and a meal, however by 630, he was finally “ put in the system” and the infamous tray did indeed arrive. This place is a total , joke and they absolutely do NOT care about the patients, it is STRICTLY a money making scheme they have going on, totally pathetic . Ive told my family, even if Im on deaths door, DO NOT take me to this “ hospital” under ANY circumstance.
You guys are bloodsuckers! Thousands of dollars spent on a sprained ankle that I suffered 8 months ago where I sat in a waiting room for 2 hours, was seen for 10 minutes, and got 2 x-rays and some pain killers.. You people are the absolute worst!
