I'm given them a one because I had a mark on my arm a month because iv wasn't put in correctly. But she was very nice. The morning I'll arrived to the hospital they told me I had to pay $350 upfront and I told the lady I do not have $350 because I was told by my doctor office I will only have to pay $7.80 she kept telling me that if I didn't pay 350 or give her half on it that I wasn't going to be able to have my procedure cause the doctor office don't know what they talking bout and I told her they called and that's what she was told. She kept on saying will you can't have it done cause I need 359 so I told her all I have is $100 and she told me OK I will take it and then you will have to make a payment arrangement for the rest. A month later I have to call up there because I found out that all I had to pay was 7.80 no one call me no one sent me a letter about it. And I'm still waiting on it now about to take actions because it doesn't make any sense for me to be waiting this long for overpayment.
Footnote... all staff during both of our experiences were very professional. No problems there.
Suggestion... Improve your MRI machine. When I had an MRI at your facility a few months ago... I didn't post a review, although my experience was a bit uncomfortable due to my Plus size. But, today my husband who suffers with back and hip issues had an MRI via the same machine. The experience was uncomfortable on him to say the least. He came away from the test visibly shaking from being in such a cramped space. We know there are better machines.

So far I am unimpressed. I waited over an hour before even being fully checked in on my first visit here. I think that a shift change while I was checking in was the culprit, but that has to be a regularly occurring event. Second, I was advised my report would be ready within 24 hours. Three days later and I still don't have results. Not cool. The people are all very friendly but that's really been offset by overall poor service.
