Even on my first visit a girl walked up to me with issues with her eyebrows they were fine to me but when someone want it the way they want it you don’t argue with your customers or try to overcharge
But if I catch my mama or sister
But she did an ok job even though she applied the matte on incorrectly
Also make sure if you do go the person who assist you
Even on my bad days I don’t treat any of my customers like this ❕❕❕❕
Very horrible
Got ombre coffin shaped nails. She over filed one side and had the nerve to tell me that's the way my nail was shaped. Got mad when I asked that she replace the crooked ones because it was clearly beyond repair. She instead got up and started on a pedicure and I had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone different to finish my nails. They didn't clean around my cuticle...acrylic was on my cuticle still....she never attempted to clean it up. Then charged my card the wrong amount and I had to file a dispute with my bank. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE. Very disappointed. Oh and they try to get people to pay cash instead of using cards. They offer a discount if you pay cash instead of using a card....no sign saying that but they tell you when you pay.
They are so rude and their service is lack luster. Do yourself a favor and go to Kool nails. Better service all around at Kool Nails.
I been going here for 4yrs nd never had a problem with my nails.
I went on a very awesome experience with the daughter in law even though she was judgmental about the length of my nails (I am paying)
Everybody in the shop come stand around me like a damn show and because I didn’t choose gel again

The older lady always does my brows so well! The pedi's are done well also. I dont like how they do manicures, always sloppy & rushed. Nails are crooked, and they don't really knw how to do even the simplest of designs.
Are any of my companions in this shop I’m going to drag them right on out
I can see maybe 2.00 to remove gel it’s reasonable but 5.00
I had gel polish with Matte
Oh let me not leave out
Well I paid my 5.00 for removing gel and went to a different location

Y’all better not support a business who treats customers like this it’s called GREED
So since the polish was looking tacky I went back for polish change and 2 repairs
Not only was she obnoxious but she is rude
There is two charges if you not getting gel
If you see the faces she make when her customers are not satisfied
It’s not right and remember competition is business and reviews don’t lie
