Rain the Salon isn't selling a service or product, they are selling an experience... Morgan was very nice and very professional. From the beginning to the end it was a good experience. I wasn't too happy with the color of my hair and I'm sure some of that is from the shock of change... I think she could have conversed with me just a little more to make sure we were on the same page as far as what the color was to be. My hair looks great don't get me wrong it's just not exactly the color I had envisioned. All in all I still give Rain the Salon 5 stars.

Went for my second visit, paid for my cut and a cut and color for a friend... after my cut, they informed me that I owed another $10 for a service that i was not charged for the 1st time, and wasn't told about during the cut...when I questioned them about it, they said that that was just the way it was?!! $10 to trim my eyebrows, r u kidding?!! Felt bad about it the rest of the day... it is not the $10, it is the principle!
Moved to the area and had to find a new hairdresser, which is always stressful. Thankful that the services at Rain were superb! Now I have a new stylist, from the first visit. Highly recommend.
It took forever to get an appt then had to take one on a working day. They tried to change it a couple of times. I blocked 2 hrs and was a few min late admittedly but when I called to tell them, whoever answered the phone was RUDE. I went anyway but the location sucks, I was caught at a train stop (with no train, welcome to Monroe). I was met with Morgan can't take you. These people need customer service class. After waiting 4 weeks, I was offered the chance to wait another week 1/2. No offer of cut only or color The person who recommended them looked OK, not fabulous so if they are any good, I will never know because I won't spend money with rude people. Rain, you aren't that special
