Would have given a five star if they had more than 3 checkouts. Some of us prefer original checkout verses self checkout when we have a lot of merchandise, etc. Other than this issue today, employees were friendly and helpful !!
While waiting for the tires to be installed on my truck, I did some shopping in the main store. After browsing the clothing, lawn & garden, & grocery departments I purchased a few articles of clothing for a family member. I then returned to 'Tire & Battery' to pick up my truck.
I recently purchased a set of Michelin Tires here. The selection of tires is extensive but, if they do not have what you need in stock it can be ordered & @ the store within a couple of days. I know because that's what I did. FYI, you are required to pay for the tires when they are ordered. The staff in the 'Tire & Battery' department was very helpful & courteous. The wait time was about an hour & 15 minutes which may seem like a long time to some people but, it is definitely not a job that I would want someone to rush through.
My experience was good. I saw some large carrots two days ago, but today they were not out. I ask a lady on the floor to go in the back and get me one bag, no excuse, she stopped what she was doing and returned with one bag. I was a happy shopper.
Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience. The store was remodeled a few years ago & now has a pharmacy, vision center, hearing center, & bakery in addition to the cafe´ which has always been there. They make excellent pizza as well as hot dogs, soft-serve ice cream sundaes & a few other simple food items that can be eaten on location or ordered for take-out. They'll bake the pizza for you or you can bake it yourself @ home. I recommend letting them do it. I have shopped this location for about 20 years & will continue to do so. I highly recommend this store.
They were out of pan tops that i use during the holidays. That i use to put chicken and dressing and also candies i make. Other than that it was well stocked and fresh produce.
Need more checkers and self checkout need to accept cash excellent savings great value
