Do NOT take your vehicle to this place. I took my truck in this morning to have the windows tinted. I asked for the price with tax included, which I was given and I entered it into my phone to be sure I had the correct info when it was time to pay. A few hours later Blake calls me and ask if I wanted the back window tinted as well because there was already a tint there and the removal and replacing of that one area alone with be an extra $60. I tell him in no uncertain terms I don't need that I'm fine with what I have. I go to pick up my vehicle and the price is $266.32 when I was quoted $199.72 with tax included. I tell the man at the counter that I never agreed to the back tint and he tells me my husband approved it. What husband!!! I brought my truck in myself and there was no husband!!!! We go back and forth and he finally tells me to process the refund he needs the credit card it was charged to refund the money. When the credit card is presented we are then told that they can give back $30.00 of a $60.00 charge that was never approved. Then to make matters worst while I am trying to explain to Blake that I never gave him approval to remove the back tint and replace it he hangs up the phone in my face. Now tell me where in the world do you add something to someone's vehicle, refuse to refund their money and then hang up in their face. This was the WORST customer service I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!!
