New to Monroe area. Good surgeon with great bedside manner
Office staff and physician were efficient and courteous
I tried to make an appointment with an orthopaedic doctor who was recommended to me but was rejected several times because that doctor did not accept Vantage. So I called Vantage to get the name of a surgeon (for a broken foot). They recommended two, and Dr. Soeller was one of them. I checked reviews but did not find any for him, so I was somewhat concerned about that. However, I was exceedingly pleased with everything from start to finish at Dr. Soeller's office. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. His nurse, Kesha, was super sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Soeller examined the X-rays I brought from the Emergency Room but they were not very clear. He sent me for X-rays in the lab at his office and, again, it was top-notch. From the minute he said he was sending me for X-rays until he came into the office to tell me the results of the X-rays was 15 minutes. Seriously. (Carlos, the X-ray technician, was also super nice, efficient and personable.) Dr. Soeller was matter-of-fact about my foot, did not recommend surgery and gave instructions on what to do, with a follow up appointment in two weeks. I arrived at his office at 2:20 and was out at 3:40. Very pleasantly surprised and am glad to have a good orthpaedic doctor to recommend.
Dr. Soeller's staff was very kind and courteous. I've been there several times and have always had a great experience. Dr. Soeller explained my issues thoroughly and was compassionate about fixing the pain my knees. I would recommend him to others for orthopedic needs.
