Patients should get their medical care somewhere else. Vantage\Affinity could care less.
Dr. Ragsdill is by far the best psychiatrist in Monroe, LA!
During the time I had Vantage\Affinity Health coverage through the A.C.A., I was deprived of a good deal of choice in medical care\professional personnel.
This was done in a vindictive, arrogant manner.

Vantage\Affinity Health has no interest in providing competent professional medical care only in throwing temper tantrums when someone dares to disagree. Particularly when that "someone" is a 60+ year old black woman!!!
