After 3 trips to this Orthodontist, things went from bad to worse. Permanent retainer detached in under two weeks then he blamed me for eating a carrot?! After making me feel guilty for not spending more money on more mouth gadgets for that "perfect" smile, he cranked down the removable retainer too tight to wear. My teeth have now shifted to far worse than when I began. He will make you feel like a nuisance unless you are spending much more money there than we did. He may get your smile perfect (one day), but he is no good at dealing with small fixes like retainers and consults.
Seems very caring and communicates well with my 8 year old. His office staff are very kind too.
