I want to begin by saying that at my age, I am rarely shocked by events, but I was totally shocked yesterday by the compassion of Cindy at Caples & Robinson Orthodontics. I am a trucker who is gone for months at a time, so trying to solve a problem on the road is potentially very difficult.
No doubt the best orthodontic office in northeast Louisiana. The staff is amazing and the doctors have a passion for their work and is seen through their patients. There are patients that continue treatment even after they have moved out of state. They must be doing something right!!

Two weeks ago, my lower fixed retainer came off on two teeth, and I knew that I had to get this fixed. I work six days a week, and trying to find someone to fix this is extremely challenging, because I never know where I will be on my last work day. In the past two weeks, I called over 20 orthodontic offices in different states to see if they could get me in with short notice, but none of them were able to accommodate my situation. While driving from Dallas to Birmingham, I decided to call Caples & Robinson on the way to Birmingham to see if they could fix my problem enroute. When I called, Cindy answered the phone, and said absolutely no problem. She gave me directions, and told me that I could park on Forsythe with the flashers on, and that she could fix that retainer problem very quickly. Sure enough, I arrived at there office, (parked in the turn lane in the middle of the street), and went inside. Cindy was at the door waiting on me, and gave me a smile and a thumbs upon for arriving. I went inside, and they welcomed me like I was royalty, and I just could not believe how kind and professional they were. The technician fixed the problem, and twelve minutes after arriving, I was back in my truck headed for Birmingham. When I left, Cindy said there was not a charge, and she handed me a zip lock bag with four freshly baked chocolate chip cookies in it. Never in my life have I been treated with such kindness and understanding. I left there completely grateful, but yet confused by how kind people can be. Words can't describe how I was affected by their generosity. Thank you is all that I can say, and may God bless Cindy and everyone in that entire office.
