They didn't have nothing in there to buy what I was interested in. Monroe,La Ross is not what it use to be. It been like That for almost 3 years now. It use where always could find something to ur liking. I want that old Ross Dress for less back. It just lack a lot than it should.
Dress well on a Budget! Large assortment of everything! Sections labeled well. Cashiers friendly & accommodating. Everyday there's something different in the store.
Since this location open, I found the store somewhat in order today. Normally look like a bargain basement. They are still short on inventory, compared to other locations. Love to shop there. Normally I find what I need at the price I want to pay. Would love to see more decoration for the home.
Customer service was so rude and did not help me at all. I feel like there was some racial profiling going on. But this what you expect from a small town that have two mayors OMG what is that all about man been in office since 1976. Please look into it I tell Monroe and all there establishments here are still segregated you people know this is true its so sorry I need to move asap.
If you visit at the right time of the week the bargains are great. I have been there and the pickings have been very slim. They have many useful items.
