OMG. The owner is a prick! I wanted to swap out an item, and I had my receipt. It was less than 30 days. He basically told me to get out and not come back.
I tried to exchange 3 T shirts, I called first they said yes. When i got there the Owner and Manager were very rude i was told no i could not exchange the shirts because i had removed the price tags. Owner rolled up my shirts in a ball and shoved them at me. I had purchased these shirts 5 days earlier. So if you buy for a gift and remove the price tags too bad no exchanges!! Will never shop at this store again. Responding to the Owners comment ....... The bag that i brought the t shirts back in sat in my laundry room I'm guessing that is the smell you are referring too. I did
not alter these shirts. That is not what you told me as to why you would not exchange them, You said the price tag had been removed there for you would not exchange them. I will be sure to tell everyone i know about my experience at your store.
I only shop here when they have sales because the regular prices are way too high.
My grand father owns and operates this business. We treat our employees like family. We only sell products that we truly believe in. Just because we are a "mom and pop" does not mean we can have a different return or exhange policies. We are retailers. No different than Dillard's or Dick's. So that means no more than thirty days. Our prices are also more than reasonable. Being the largest carrier in southern marsh in the south as a mom and pop. We know what we are doing. Thankyou for your business.
WORST. STORE. EVER. The owner and all employees are rude and obnoxious. They are over priced on most of their stuff. The owner LIED to my sister saying she would not find an item anywhere else, he was the only person who had it. BS. She left and had it ordered from an internet site (CHEAPER THAN HIM) in less than 5 minutes. You are much better off going to academy or ordering from Amazon! **EDIT** When you criticize them - or leave a bad review on their Facebook page - they block you and remove ALL Feedback from their page. Such a fine upstanding business!
