EVERYTHING HERE is sinfully delicious! The ice cream is made in house, and you can definitely tell... it's hard to find that anymore! And the staff is helpful, kind, and upbeat. Plenty of comfy seating too to enjoy a fun outing with friends. Smallcakes is definitely an asset to the Monroe community.
