Great burgers, affordable and never disappoints.
Was told how good the burgers were so decided to try it and was very disappointed. Greasy and tasty is one thing but greasy and tasteless is what I got.
Update: I called to let a manager know about the situation today. I was told I could not talk to one because "they were in the middle of a lunch."
Melvyn's Mega Burger and Hamburger Steak are our two favorite options here. Staff is always friendly and prompt!
Best dang steak and burger around with a side of onion rings is a fine dinner. I always tip the cook and waitress.
I finally tried Melvyn's last night and I was disappointed. While our fries were good, our cheeseburgers were served cold after having to WAIT! The same thing with the cheese sticks. Instead of being hot and gooey on the inside, they were solid in the middle and the outside just flaked off. Since they didn't give us plates for the appetizers, the crusts just fell all over the table. Perhaps there is miscommunication between the wait staff and the kitchen that needs to be resolved.
