I feel like they don't know what is going on.
We hired this company to manage our house since we moved out of state. As a realtor myself, this company doesn't seem very competent. We have been contacted on numerous occasions for powerage outage, garage door opener, and even where the cable plug in the living room is. Our house was built in 2012 so we shouldn't have been contacted about these things until other measures have taken place such as checking breakers, call Entergy (since lost power was after a storm), etc. In the contract with Martin Presence, it states they will check issues before calling a professional to be sure it is something that requires a professional. We had a plumber called out which we have yet to receive our bill for. In the 4 years of owning our home, we haven't had a plumber or any other issues.
We also live in a neighborhood that has restrictions. We gave them to the company prior to our tenants moving in. After having issues with our tenants following restrictions and on the verge of being sued ourselves, I sent them to Cory again. He stated he received them about a week ago but today he replied to my email asking if I was interested in them managing my HOA.
