With the exception of a few kind drivers/attendants who care about their job, I end up waiting all day at home for packages that either don't get delivered til nearly 8 pm at night, sometimes to the wrong door and they tell me 'I' have to go knock on the person's door to get it and I've been lucky that they actually gave up my merchandise but likely wouldn't if I hadn't went to get it or kept up with tracking to find it was delivered tot he wrong door. My SurePost packages are held and scanned 'destination scan' for more than one to two days and they say it's cause they will be in the area and deliver it themselves. I'd much rather they hand it off to USPS, now I end up stuck at home for something that may or may not come. What the hell does 'processing for delivery' even mean? You scan something about three times rather than sorting it and putting it on a truck. For any company that uses UPS the minute I find out I'm selecting to pick it up myself. This company is a joke. I feel bad leaving this review because there are a select few who do care about their job/work.

Stop rotating drivers and give us back that really good young man we had!

Amazon packages are subject to Amazon's investigations, not UPS, so a driver doesn't get in trouble for dumping it somewhere.

They opted to put my identical packages two days apart in : a. the mailbox, and b. whatever-address-they-felt-like.

Hopefully my orders won't come through ups again. I stay right up the street from this location but have to wait til the end of the day (when ever that is )to get my stuff .at least give me a time I can't sit at home all day I have important things that have to be done

Bayou D'Arbonne RV Park has the site # CLEARLY marked on each electrical box. Had this latest driver bothered to even come in the park, they would have easily found my address.

Love UPS, never have trouble with them and their customer service is top notch, on the other hand I have never had a smooth delivery with FedEx. FedEx is terrible. UPS for life.

Horrible!!!!! Nothing is ever delivered on time. Our packages were supposed to be here today and still say out for delivery when we track it and we have yet to see our packages. When you pay for 2 day shipping and they aren't delivered on time because of the delivery service it's very frustrating.
