I've filed a molestation case with them, and just like every other law enforcement I've dealt with, they treated me like the perpetrator, not the victim. Don't expect them to act in public interest.

Videos are popping up on YouTube with them breaking into peoples homes without warrants just like San Jose Police Department they are dirty and corrupt.

Your narcotics bureau is filled with idiots. See News Now Houston on YouTube to understand why other law enforcement agents laugh at you. You know you're not worth the time. I don't think Louisiana patrolman are smart in fact I'd read below if I were you. Police work does not attract the exceptionally intelligent and high minded in the community but rather often attracts violent individuals who have poor JUDGEMENT. In my dealings with Police, I'm really struck by the lack of native intellect. For example, officers often demonstrate little understanding of the law and are often, and this is absolutely fundamental, utterly oblivious to the most basic facts describing social conditions in America. We have had for years now a circumstance of just one video after another after another, a parade of videos, showing beatings, summary executions in the street, civil rights abuses, all manner of high handedness and yet these officers are such dullards that they just have yet to figure out that they ARE going to get caught on video? Interestingly, the fact that the abuses are part of a longstanding PATTERN, is a testament to the level of the arrogance in evidence. That is, the fact that we continue to have a repetitive parade of VIDEOS of abuses, means that the Police actually BELIEVE they can CONTINUE to act with IMPUNITY, that is just endlessly "get away with it". They won't though, in the long run, and here's why: During the Vietnam War, as a child I was struck by a remark my father made. At one point, he said that, "Television will end the Vietnam War". It (as well as other factors, of course) did. With regard to the continuing parade of Police violence, here's the new version: "Cell Phone Videos Will End Police Violence". For the sake of your neighbors, and the community at large it is obvious that everyone needs to record every interaction with the Police. And, people need to speak up, too. Remember never never talk to police. There is no such thing as a "conversation" with LEO.

Terrible parking. Old Degrading building. Rude and Untrained Officers, Civil Servants and Civilians. Not well lit at night outside. Closely Located to the 4th Judicial District Court. Bail bonds men are easily located close by.

Three or four are great. The rest are a rude, trigger happy, misogynistic, condescending, dishonest, judgmental, incompetent, drug dealing legal gang. Because badge.
