Have been using kelly plumbing for 7 years. The last 9 months or so have been horrible. Time to find another plumber...
kelly plumbing has been around for many years and there is a reason, there honest and do great work. i would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.
I said that's fine. Now it has been 2 weeks and still no sign of these guys. I called and the lady said that I was still on their books for service.
I called 2 days ago and was told someone would call me back. I called again today and was basically told too bad that they are backed up. No call saying they couldn't come for over 2 days while I have a leak running up my water bill. If they would've told me they couldn't come I could've gone somewhere else and appreciated their honesty. Very unprofessional and apparently don't care if they lose customers.
Fixed my issue very quickly, under 10 mins. Very reasonable rates as well. These guys are great.
I asked her why they didn't show up 2 Mondays ago and she said they were busy. If you are too busy to do your job or even call to let someone know you can't do your job, then maybe you should hire more people or start referring people to other plumbers.
Kelly plumbing is great, when you can get them to show up. I called for service 2 weeks ago on a thursday, and I was told it might be Monday before they could get to me.
Called Kelly's at 9:00a.m, they returned my call at 10a.m and had my plumbing issue resolved by 2:30pm. They tried the least intrusive repair solution first. Very courteous and professional... this explains why I see their plumbing trucks throughout the Garden district. They're great to work with!
