Once they got to the new house, they were just as prompt. They divided themselves up into teams. One person unpacks from the truck, another moves into the house and another managed moving things into the garage to be dealt with later. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and generosity. True professionals who are efficient and professional. If I have to move again, I would not hesitate to call them again to help me out. A great job through and through!
Moving is not a fun process. The packing, the organization, the dumping. Well I was set to move out of my home back in January. They were referred to me by my sister's friend who spoke highly of them. They were prompt in responding back and were quick to get there. My parents were present for the move and Fidel was great about handling and managing her. She liked to talk, but my main focus was getting the house cleared out. So to be able to do that and humor my mom all at once? They earn an extra star for that.
They deserve more than just a "gold Star".
These guys were scheduled to be out here today at 9 AM; they changed to 3 PM and then would not answer my phone calls. They wanted $100, I agreed to pay them 150 and then bumped it up to 200 and they still never showed. Supposedly they are broke down in Arcadia. They are also listed as Super Movers.
After having a horrible moving experience with a different moving company earlier this year, David at Faulk-Collier Moving was wonderful to work with, and did everything possible to make our move happen as smoothly as possible. We had very little notice that I was being transfered to a different state, and our move also fell during the busiest time of the year for moving companies. David worked with me on the dates, and even though he was already booked up, he was able to get creative and make things happen for us. I highly recommend Faulk-Collier Moving. Competitivly priced, and easy to work with.
It was a two-day project and they handled it with ease. They put up with my indecision of what to put in my new home and what to put in storage, which wasn’t an easy task. They did so without any grumbling or impatience, and that was amazing. Each day they had to make two stops and did so with precision.
I placed my things in storage while I looked for a new home. So around mid-April I gave them another call and they were great about coming back. We mentioned Fidel and Daniel who were there the first time and Ramona organized it so that they were both back. They were quick to get everything safely out of the storage space. Everything was dealt with safely and stacked without compromising their safety or the integrity of my property.
