Told me it would be a couple of hours. Called when it was 4 hours later and they told me they were not coming out until the next day. Would not have waited if the had told me from the start they couldn't come out

This place is a mess no ok me talks to the other person. I've waited for over 7 days for a key that was suspossed to be here over night. after calling every day and asking when my car will be fixed and getting no good answer everyone confused I found out that they didn't order the key so it'll be another day without a car.
Horrible service, kept me waiting in the cold. Told me they'd be here in less than 30 minutes and it was over an hour when they finally decides to show up. Better to call a company in Ruston and have them drive over.
I called them and talked to the owner who fixed everything and apologised. I give them a 4 star because they fixed the issue and the driver was so helpful both times
