We were referred to this attorney by a colleague of his and his staff, namely "Della" was very rude over the phone to us. We were basically told to take our business elsewhere when we called back to complain about the rude behavior. We understand she is a long term employee, but that does not ever excuse rude behavior and telling potential customer we don't want or need your business??
