These guys did a fantastic job on my carpets. They were absolutely filthy. They worked very hard on getting all of the stains and I was impressed that they took the time to send me a handwritten Christmas card. They really do care about their customers
Klean King later provided a detailed estimate and was available to answer questions from the insurance adjuster. They even provided "drying logs" required by the insurance company. Klean King's staff was courteous and professional. They started and finished the job on time and just under budget.
