My first experience with Kay was when I was a little younger where they would give me the stink eye and walk right past me despite not being busy and telling me they were busy when they obviously weren't. I was the only person there. I may have looked too young to have any money (I wasn't) but it was very demeaning. Since then they've been hit or miss, but such an experience makes you never want to shop somewhere again.
My fiancé and I just went to Kay's this past Saturday and found the perfect wedding band. The lady who helped us went out of her way to make sure we found the right band. She seemed very happy and seemed to really enjoy her job, she was even humming while helping us. It was nice to be helped by someone who actually enjoyed her job and wanted to sincerely help her customers. She made our visit amazing, and we found the perfect wedding band.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!!! BOUGHT MY RING DEC 14TH AND HERE IT IS THE JAN 17 2014 I HAVE BEEN LIED TOO TWICE FROM THEM.. AND STILL YET TO GET MY RING..THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME KAYS EVER GET ANY BUSINESS OF MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
