I have loved shopping at Paul Michaels in Monroe, La., for years. I have told many people about it. I will no longer come to Monroe, La., because it isn't safe. Please put a store in Flowood, Mississippi or Madison, Mississippi. We need you and you would do really well!
I went in Paul Micheal Company yesterday and I felt very uncomfortable by the staff. One staff member followed me and my friend around the entire store (so extremely close to us that it made me feel uncomfortable) and stared at me the entire time like I was trying to steal! I couldn't even enjoy looking at anything. I have never been so insulted in my life. I will never be back.
Yesterday I visited the Monroe location and I was not very pleased with my experience. My friend and I saw two lamps that we wanted to look at and on our way to look at them I almost fell over a furniture mover. Luckily I was able to catch myself on a table and was not hurt. Needless to say we left after that and will not be returning. I have shopped there for years and I can honestly say that Paul Michaels is not what it used to be.

When I walked in Nobody said anything... Shopped around Made a purchase the cashier Didn't greet me when I got to the register. While checking out there we're two Caucasian ladies that walked in. The cashier turned around and said Hello "Welcome to Paul Michael." So umm yea"
