Lowes used to be a really good store years ago when they hired people retired from the trades to staff the stores but these days most of the people working there have no idea what you are talking about if you ask about anything other than the most common items. The inventory has gone downhill too with items often not restocked for months.
Waited forever for help that never came in the appliance section. Finally just had someone bring a dishwasher to front. Hope it's a decent one. Wouldn't know because no one back there knew anything about anything that were selling.
Worst Lowe's Ever!...BUYER BEWARE! I WAS a loyal Lowe's customer until my experience at this horrible store. It's a shame that no one in management or corporate wants to take care of this situation. Home Depot is my new store now, they're right across the street and most helpful!! Shame on you Lowe's!
Very willing to help but seem a bit under staffed. They only had a display left of patio furniture we bought and they very willing to lower the price and even negotiated with us on it. When we went to pick it up it took a while to find someone to help get it out of the store. Over all I will shop here over homedepot any day.
