Went to Cooper to help my Dad trade in his car, that was originally purchased at cooper, and get a good newer used car. Was met by Mike Monk, who was nice, but told me they didn't really care if I bought a car from them, so I went to Hixon Ford where I was treated with respect and they actually wanted my business. I bought a quality used car and am very happy. Cooper won't have to worry about anyone in my family ever spending one thin dime there again. I wish them well.
I've had 2 GMC Acadias. The first one had a bad computer and was never able to be fixed by Cooper. The second I've had for 2 years and had to have work done several times. If I go for an oil change, I wait 2 hours.. if I have actual work done I have a promise of it being ready same day. Each time it has not been ready same day. I was told on Tuesday, it would take 4-5 hours to do. It's now Wednesday night and told it won't be ready until tomorrow morning. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE OR HAVE IT SERVICED AT COOPER! Sorry customer service!
I thank because I was Black they feel like I couldn't pay for my car so they made it hard for me to get the New Car. They treated me like I was Nothing
